The lanes then flip eastbound, to Brandon, at 3 p.m. and stay eastbound till 6 a.m. the next day.

The toll highway connects the South Tampa neighborhood close to MacDill Air Drive Base with the town’s downtown and Brandon.

An announcement earlier Sunday that tolls would return on the Selmon was despatched in error, the expressway authority stated.

Gov. Ron DeSantis suspended toll funds on native roads, together with the Selmon Expressway, final week forward of Hurricane Ian, to assist motorists making an attempt to evacuate. That order stays in place for now.
